Tian Yulong answered the question and said that the stability and security of the industrial chain supply chain is the key to the core competitiveness of the manufacturing industry. Overall, the industrial economy will resume growth in 2021. In the first three quarters, the proportion of manufacturing added value in GDP increased to 27.4%, which should be said to maintain the basic stability of the proportion of manufacturing industry. The benefits of enterprises have also improved significantly. In the first 11 months of 2021, the profits of above designated industrial enterprises increased by 38% year-on-year and 41.3% year-on-year. 3. Four main characteristics of industrial economic operation

Fourth, small and medium-sized enterprises have achieved restorative growth. The market should be further stimulated by the introduction of a series of policies to help enterprises. From January to November 2021, the income and profit of above designated small and medium-sized enterprises increased by 20.7% and 28.2% year-on-year, with an average increase of 9.8% and 17.1% respectively in the two years, both higher than the growth rate in the same period in 2019. Support small and medium-sized enterprises to be specialized and refined, and a number of entrepreneurial and innovative enterprises continue to emerge. Of course, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, especially small and micro enterprises, is facing changes in the market environment and the epidemic situation, and there are still some difficulties in operation. We are increasing assistance policies for small and medium-sized enterprises, especially small and micro enterprises.

On the whole, the current situation is still uncertain and complex. We are satisfied with 2021 and confident in 2022. 4. Measures to promote the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises

With regard to the development of China's small and medium-sized enterprises and the measures taken by the Ministry of industry and information technology to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, Tian Yulong said that small and medium-sized enterprises are the main force of China's national economic and social development. The CPC Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to helping small and medium-sized enterprises to relieve difficulties and stimulate vitality, which is our key work in 2021. Under the leadership of the leading mechanism group of the State Council for promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, the Ministry has achieved remarkable results in coordination with various departments and localities. Generally speaking, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is good, but they also face some practical difficulties. In particular, small and micro enterprises are facing some problems such as external industrial chain and epidemic prevention and control, which need to be continuously improved and improved.

Next, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is still the focus of our work in 2022.

First, the word "stability" should take the lead to help the stable and healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Third, we should strengthen services.
